2. Racks, cabling and connectivity3hRack types (42U, 45U, open frame). Structured cabling (Cat6A, OM4/OS2 fiber). Patch panels, PDUs, top-of-rack vs end-of-row. Fluke certification. Labeling and documentation.
3. Safe operations and SLA3hSafe work procedures (LOTO, ESD). Capacity planning best practices. Shift hand-over. Change documentation. SLA compliance and operational KPIs.
4. Troubleshooting and escalation3hLayered diagnostic methodology (power, thermal, network, application). When to escalate to engineering. When to open a vendor ticket. Post-mortem and lessons learned.
