Curriculum — Operations & Management Practitioner

| 1. Daily operations discipline | 3h | Shift handover, logs, walk-throughs. Documentation standards (MOP, SOP, EOP). Change management ITIL/ITSM. Problem management vs incident management. |
| 2. O&M program: preventive, corrective, predictive | 4h | Annual plan design. Critical frequencies (UPS, chillers, generators). RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance). Predictive: vibration, thermography, oil analysis. |
| 3. Monitoring, DCIM and alerts | 3h | Monitoring stack (BMS, EPMS, DCIM). Effective alert design. MTTD vs MTTR. Alarm fatigue. Executive reporting and trend analysis. |
| 4. Compliance, audit and continuous improvement | 2h | Regulatory compliance (NFPA, TIA-942, ISO 27001). Internal and external audits. PDCA applied to operations. KPIs: MTTR, MTBF, availability, PUE. |
