Data Center Services Mexico — About Noxtel

Infrastructure that doesn’t fail.
Intelligence that acts first.

We are Noxtel. A Mexican data center services and AI-automation company, founded in 2017 — built for operators who need LATAM coverage without LATAM overhead. Bilingual engineers, USD-transparent pricing, US-aligned SLAs.

Two pillars. One philosophy.

Noxtel runs two business lines that look different on paper but solve the same problem: making critical operations survive the next failure. Infrastructure needs intelligence. Intelligence needs infrastructure. We do both.

🏗️ Data Center Facilities

Design, Procure, Install — our proprietary DPI-DC methodology. Tier III–IV fluent under TIA-942-B. Vendor-agnostic across Schneider, Vertiv, Stulz, APC, Hi-Ref, Eaton. Commissioning (Cx1–Cx5) with full documentation. UPS and precision cooling maintenance. Environmental and electrical monitoring with real-time DCIM. We don’t sell equipment — we sell uptime.

🤖 Noxtel Agents (AI Automation)

Production-grade AI agents built on n8n, MCP, and RAG stacks — for data center operations (NOC monitoring, ticket triage) and for service businesses (notaries, law firms, distributors) that need customer service, document processing, and ERP/CRM integration running 24/7 in English or Spanish.

Uptime Sostenible — our philosophy

“Sustainable uptime” is not a slogan. It’s three operating principles applied to every facility we design, every agent we deploy, every ticket we close.

Tolerant of failure

Components will fail. The question is whether your system stays up when they do. We design for concurrent maintainability under Tier III standards — so a single breaker trip or UPS swap doesn’t take down production.

Anticipating

The best incident is the one that never happens. Real-time DCIM dashboards surface anomalies before they cascade. AI agents in the NOC triage alerts, escalate only what matters, and write runbooks as they learn.

Scaling without drama

Growth shouldn’t mean hiring more people to do repetitive tasks. Whether it’s a 500-rack facility or a WhatsApp bot handling 1,000 simultaneous conversations, the principle is the same: make it work, make it keep working, let humans focus on what matters.

Coverage and timezone alignment

  • Mexico domestic — fully aligned (CST/CDMX).
  • US East (ET) — 8 hours of overlap with our NOC.
  • UK (GMT/BST) — 4 hours of overlap.
  • EU (CET) — 3 hours of overlap.
  • LATAM — fully aligned with Mexico time, remote dispatch into Brazil, Colombia, Chile on request.

The team

Noxtel is led by Ricardo Aguirre (CEO & Founder) — a facility management veteran who has spent 15+ years in mission-critical infrastructure across pharmaceutical, financial, and hyperscaler environments. He drafts the engineering strategy personally and still participates in installation reviews and complex commissioning. He also records the Piso Blanco podcast — because the best way to prove we know our craft is to talk about it publicly, week after week.

The team is small but precise — facility engineers, electrical technicians, mechanical engineers, NOC operators, and AI software engineers. No bureaucracy between your problem and the person who solves it.

Let’s talk

Discovery call: 15 minutes, English or Spanish. Quotes: 24-hour turnaround on scope submission. Procurement teams get defensible numbers — not phone-tag for ballpark figures.
