Maintenance for Precision Air Conditioners
Includes inspection of electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems such as the control panel, connections, protections, and sensors. The flow and temperature of the cooling system, motors, fans, and valves are checked. Additionally, both the interior and exterior of the units are cleaned, and voltages and configuration parameters are reviewed.
UPS Maintenance
UPS maintenance includes inspection of wiring, batteries, switches, and general cleaning. Voltages, currents, fans, and meters are checked. Additionally, connectors and air filters are adjusted, system synchronization is verified, and a fault simulation is performed. If applicable, PDUs are inspected, with loads and connections adjusted accordingly.
Emergency Generator Maintenance
Emergency generator maintenance includes checking oil, diesel, and antifreeze levels, as well as electrical connections and potential leaks.
