Engagement models
Three ways international operators typically engage us:
- Pay-as-you-go remote hands. For occasional field support without contract commitment. Submit a ticket, we dispatch, you pay hourly. From $75/hr.
- Monthly retainer. For predictable volume. Pre-purchased hours at a discount (15–25% off standard rates). Includes after-hours coverage option.
- Embedded LATAM team. For operators expanding to Mexico without a local entity. We act as your field team under your brand, with full reporting back to your operations. Custom-staffed.
How we staff a typical engagement
